As you can see in the attached, the summary on the analytics view is not representative of the actual numbers. Please help!

Hi stevelafontaine1,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Form Analytics dashboard provides an overview of your form's performance, including views, responses, conversion rates, and average time spent. However, sometimes the summary may not seem representative of the actual results due to how data is aggregated or filtered.
Here’s how to check and better understand your form analytics:
- Access Form Analytics: On your My Workspace page, filter to show only Forms, then hover over your form, click More, and select Form Analytics.
- Review the Dashboard Tabs: The main tabs include Views (form views), Responses (submissions), Conversion Rate, and Avg. Time. Each tab has sub-tabs like Traffic, Device, Platform, and Location for detailed insights.
- Check Filters and Date Ranges: Make sure you are viewing the correct date range or filter settings that match your expected data period.
- Consider Visitor Behavior: The Views count includes all visits, but not all visitors submit the form, which affects conversion rates and response counts.
- Use Additional Tools: If you need more precise tracking, consider integrating Google Analytics or using analytics-related widgets like Hidden Box or Get Visitor Location widgets.
If the summary still does not match your expectations, downloading the submission data directly from Jotform Tables for a detailed review might help. You can download submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF files for accurate analysis.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

You can see from my screenshot how inaccurate the summary is. I have ~10 responses and it shows 1. My date is set to all-time. I see no other filters.

Hi Steve,
We understand the discrepancy you're seeing between the actual number of responses and what the summary shows. Since your date range is set to all-time and no other filters are applied, this issue might be related to a delay or syncing problem in the analytics dashboard. To help resolve this, try the following steps:
- Refresh the analytics page or log out and back into your account to ensure the data is updated.
- Check the submissions directly in Jotform Tables to confirm the exact number of responses.
- If the issue persists, try clearing your browser cache or accessing the analytics from a different browser or device.
If after these steps the summary still shows inaccurate data, let us know so we can investigate further and assist you in resolving this issue.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
