Multiple Fast Pass payments have not been sent to my paypal account.

    On my form https://form.jotform.com/251192341733048 I have not received 3 payments to my PayPal, however I have on all other transactions. In PayPal they are not 'pending' or 'errors'. They simply do not show at all.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Keep in mind that Jotform is only a form builder and doesn't handle or process any payments directly. All payments submitted through your form are processed by the payment gateway you’ve integrated—in this case, PayPal.

    If certain payments are not showing in your PayPal account, we suggest contacting PayPal Support directly, as they will have access to the transaction records and can provide more insight into why those payments are missing.
