Approval Emails sending from Different Email Address

I believe this to be a JotForm issue or some setting no one knows about. Nathaniel Kehres received Review needed email for Terrell Goggans from NoRepy@jotform.com. Stephanie Huggins received the same Review needed email for Terrell Goggans from JotForm@benorelogistics.com. This is for the same Termination PAF form.
