Hi,
I have created this form https://eu.jotform.com/form/251131692296054.
I need to update it under same link but cannot log in. I dont receive any email to reset my password.
It is quite urgent.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the form that you've shared and it appears that it belongs to another Jotform account associated with this email address: ma****ingret****va@g***l.com. Can you recall that email address? If so, can you try logging in to that account and see how it goes?
Additionally, I already checked the email address and it's not on the bounce list. There should be no issue receiving the password reset email. So, if in case you just forgot the password, resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
