How to separate the Products to a different column

Dear Team,

Please share the furniture list in a column-wise format, where each item has a separate column with the respective quantity in front. For example, TV - 4, Spot Bulb - 5, etc.

This will help us clearly understand how much of each item is required per stall.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am not sure if I understand your concern correctly. Are you referring to separating the products in your submission? If yes, unfortunately, our Product List fields cannot be separated into different columns because they are treated as a single group. I would suggest using the Text to Column feature in Microsoft Excel to help you split the product information after it is downloaded from the submission into an Excel file. 

You can easily download your data from Jotform Tables as a CSV, Excel, or PDF file. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, hover over the form whose data you want to download, and click on View Table.
2. On the upper-right side of the page, click the on Download All button. 
3. Now, select Download as CSV, Excel, or PDF to download your data.
