Approver did not receive the approval email

    Good day

    Hinterland Hoopstad branch submitted the Jotform below, but the approver did not receive the approval notification. The approval flow is correctly set up, and the form does not appear in the tables either.

    Could you please assist what might be the issue?

    Hi Roché,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your Half-year &Yearend Closing form, and it appears that you have multiple approvers. Check out my screenshot below:

Was it supposed to be h**ps**d.t*k**st*ur*er.h**ter**nd.co.za? I've checked our email logs and can't find an approval email sent to him coming from your Half-year &Yearend Closing form. If this is not the email address you're referring to, can you send it to us?

    Will you also give us access to your account so we can check the status of your workflow in your inbox? Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
