After I reset my password, I couldn’t sign in.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and found that it's active, so logging in should be possible on your end. Can you try logging in again first and see how it goes? Make sure to use your email address and the most current password you know of for your Jotform account. Also, type them manually, to make sure that your credentials are entered properly. Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you also have a different device to test this, try that as well. If the password is not being accepted still, then you can try resetting your password again. I've flushed your account's login attempts so you can have a fresh start. If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
