Hi KatrinaDavis608,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll support you as best I can until one of our support agents steps in.
You asked for help to clone the form at https://form.jotform.com/250624337787162. Let me walk you through how to clone a form in your Jotform account:
- Go to your My Workspace page and click on Type at the top of the page. In the dropdown menu, uncheck all assets except Forms to display only your forms.
- Hover over the form you want to clone (in this case, the form you linked), then click on More on the right side of the form listing.
- In the dropdown menu under the Form column, click on Clone. This will create a new form in your account that is an exact copy of the original.
The cloned form will open automatically in Form Builder, where you can customize and edit it as needed. Note that the cloned form works independently from the original, so changes to one won't affect the other.
Alternatively, you can clone a form by using the Import Form feature:
- On your My Workspace page, click on Create Form on the top-left side.
- Click on Import Form in the window that appears.
- Select From a Webpage and paste the URL of the form you want to clone (https://form.jotform.com/250624337787162).
- Click on Create Form to clone it. The form will open in Form Builder for you to edit.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hello Katrina.

1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.
2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
After cloning your form, it'll open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it. You can also follow this guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL

Cloning a form is a great way to save time and maintain consistency across multiple submissions. It's especially useful when managing similar data collection needs. While learning new tools like this, managing academic tasks can feel great. Choosing an option can ease that pressure without compromising quality.
