    Hello,

I have a single option were I have set "Kund" as prefilled. But when I enter the form and "Admin" is prefilled (pic 2) I can not do the things I want to do.

In the conditions, when it is filled with "Admin" much more fields should be shown. Only when the option is "Kund" or "Anställd" alot of options should be hidden, but not with "Admin".

    Hi kontakt12,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested your form with the prefilled link below to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly.

The condition was not triggered because the field was not prefilled, simply because the word admin was not exactly the same as the option in your Single Choice field. We also have a guide here that you can check out to learn more about Prepopulating Form Fields via URL Parameters. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
