Hi there!
My account does not reflect the uploaded space of my account. I have deleted submissions and forms permanently. I have uploaded a screenshot of what I see. Please help me. I'm not understanding how to clear up the space as it looks like nothing is uploaded.
Thanks for your help with this.

Hi Diana,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked you account and can see that you have reached your Upload limits and it is currently 150.05 MB / 100.00 MB. Can you check your deleted submissions? Note that deleted submissions will remain in the Trashed entries for 30 days in case you need to restore them. You can purge the deleted submissions to free up upload storage limit. I recommend downloading your submissions before purging the deleted submissions so you have a back up copy. Let me show you how to purge deleted submissions:
1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I did all that your email directed me to do. I have nothing in my trash,
since I deleted the submissions there. I have deleted all the forms and
deleted their entries. I've kept one form that I need to use; that also has
nothing attached to it.
Please find attached what is see...
I really need this to work ASAP.
Not sure where to go from here.
Thank you,
Diana

Hi Diana,
I see that you have upgraded your account, and you now have 157.19 MB out of 1 GB upload space limit. Since you mentioned that you have deleted your forms and submissions and the upload space limit did not go down, I suggest purging all the forms, so the submissions will also be deleted permanently. Let me show you how to do this:
- On your My Forms page, scroll down your mouse to the bottom of the page and select Trash on the lefts side window
- From there, you'll be able to see your deleted forms. Select the form that you want to purge.
- Click on Purge on the upper left side of the page.
To learn more, check out our guide on How to Delete a Form. You also need to purge your submissions after deleting them to free your upload space limit. Let's do this:
- In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to the form's name on the upper left side of the page.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, tick on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- From the modal, click on Delete
After this, I suggest clearing your form caches to refresh your forms. Let's do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- From your account page, select Settings from the left side window.
- Click on the Clear Cache button from Form Caches.
Reach out again if you need any more help.
