Can someone tell me how to free up my storage limit when I only have 2 forms, 0 submissions and no attachments. I have nothing to purge and nothing in my trash. I have logged out and logged back in Jotform, and cleared my cache. All my entries have been deleted forever
I have followed the instructions in https://www.jotform.com/answers/20492171-how-can-i-clean-upload-storage-space
Thanks

Hi Bruce,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account's upload space, and it shows 172.07 / 100.00 MB, which is more than your plan limit. You can upgrade your account to increase your account space, or you can delete and purge the submissions with uploaded files from the submission table to clear upload space. Let me show you how you can delete and purge the submissions from Submission Table:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.
2. In the Submission Table, select the submissions with uploaded photos and then click on Delete, located on the top right side of the screen.
3. Now, click on the Three Dots icon in the first tab located at the left top of the table, and then click on Trash Entries.
4. In the menu that opens on the right side of the screen, click on Select All, click on Delete Forever, and then select Delete.
Deleting submission data is irreversible and data will be permanently removed from our servers. You can download all of your submissions before deleting them. Once you delete the submissions, we'll be able to move forward with this.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
