Hello Jotform Support Team, I am currently on the Free Plan and have only 3 active forms in my account. Despite this, I am reaching my storage limit due to uploads.
this is also the second time this has happened to me. Last month someone fixed it, but now it’s happening again.
I would like assistance in understanding why my storage is filling up so quickly and if there are any options to manage. Thank you for your help!! -

Hi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have refreshed & recalculated your Upload Space, and it shows here that you're using 55.98 MB / 100.00 MB. You can refresh your account or log out and then log back in.
If you think the data still isn't accurate, can you check each form trash entry if it was purged? Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

If there's nothing to purge,I can look into this for you.I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disablethat again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to doit:
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Formspage, click on yourAvatar/Profile Imageicon.

Hi Heather,
I checked your account, and can confirm that you no longer have trashed entries. You still have four submissions on your form, and the size of all the files present are accurate to your current Upload Space, which is 63.53 MB/100.00 MB.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
