Inquiry on expanded free accounts for Charitable Organizations

HEllo, we are a small religious charity/church and we are hoping to use jotform to take a census of our parish. We, as an organization, don’t have a credit card to sign up for a membership as we are a very small church and don’t have need for credit cards.  So for the most part we try to use whatever free programs are available to keep our expenses down as we are a registered Charity and have responsibility to our donors.

We are hoping that we could potentially just have a free, temporary increase of submissions allowed on our account for a couple of months until our Parish Census is complete.  We project we will have around 300 submission to the one form.

We really appreciate your website as it is easy to use and has the capability for the initiative we are proposing.

    Thank you for your consideration

    In Christ,

    Hi Danielle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform offers a Starter (Free) plan that includes most features but has limits such as 100 monthly submissions. Unfortunately, it is not possible to temporarily increase submission limits for free accounts for a limited period. The submission limits are fixed unless you upgrade to a paid plan.

However, you can try Jotform's Increase Limits feature, which allows you to perform simple tasks to get more submissions without upgrading. You can find this option in your account under Increase Limits. Also, sharing your referral link can help increase your submission quota.

For a project like your Parish Census with around 300 submissions, you might consider upgrading to a paid plan if possible, as paid plans offer higher submission limits and additional features.

To apply for non profit, you can fill out the application form here. Once you submit the form, the information you sent will be reviewed. You will get a confirmation in the email address that you have provided in the application form within 24–48 hours.

We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to keeping expenses low as a registered charity. Please let us know if you need guidance on using the Increase Limits feature or any other assistance.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
