My access code is correct and says its invalid. Its not

Hi Riley,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Access code are case-sensitive, especially if they include any upper or lower case letters, numbers, and/or symbols, so make sure you are typing them correctly. Can you try it again? Unfortunately, there is no way to know what access codes were used to encrypt form data, but the user. Also, if they are considered lost, forgotten, or incorrectly read by the system, they are no longer recoverable.
