Email Address Change: Not getting the verification code

    User wants to change their email address but is not receiving the verification code sent to their old email address.

    Hi Kathleen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you confirm if your old email address is rlsedgeinc@outlook.com? If so, upon checking, it is not in our bounce list, and it shows in your mail logs that we have sent a verification code. Can you check if it went to your Spam/Junk folder? You can also contact your email service provider and request whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains in their web/email host and add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list to prevent this from happening again.
