    Need to cancel annual subscription under account a_rlall@somniainc.com

    Hi a_rlall,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me show you how to cancel your subscription:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

    4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

    Yes, totally aware however its telling me that the plan will end next may 2026.

    Hi a_rlall,

    Yes, that's right. You're under the Gold subscription until May 2, 2026, even if you cancel your subscription now. You have just cancelled your period end, meaning your subscription will not be renewed after May 2, 2026. Do you want to end it now and be downgraded to the Starter plan instantly?

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    To cancel your subscription and get a refund, fill out our Refund Request Form. Once the refund is processed, allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account. You can also check out our guide on How to Request a Refund From Jotform. Now, let me show you how to Cancel Your Subscription:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
