I am trying to use conditional logic to display a date picker field if a user selects yes in a previous single choice field. Unfortunately, not matter what I try, the date picker field I added to my form does not show as a field in the "show" options. Please help, thanks!

    Hi Angela,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. I was able to add the Date Picker field on the Show section in the Show/Hide condition. Take a look at the screencast below to see my results:

    Check out the result below:

Based on the screenshot you have shared, you can simply scroll down on the Field dropdown to select the Date Picker field. If the Date Picker field still does not appear, try removing and re-adding the field or refreshing the form builder page.

You can check and test my Demo Form if it meets your requirements. You can also Clone it for you to see how I set the conditions.

Give these steps a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks John! I think this was all related to having zoomed in because my eyes aren't what they used to be. As a result, I couldn't see the date picker field. I'm all set. Have a great weekend!
