Hi Rene,
Thank you for responding.
So we currently use Docusign to send out onboarding, intaking, and other documents to families, clients, and other employees. I am looking to replace docusign due to its high cost.
We estimate using about 4500-5000 envlopes per year. We have a team of about 10 users who would need access to documents, forms, templates, etc.
Can you give me a quote for the enterprise tier? We can also discuss this over a call! Here is a link to my google calendar. Hope to hear from you soon.

We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Help Center thread from the Contact Us page. We’ll be happy to help. With the requirements you need, it's recommended to have Jotform Enterprise for your account so multiple teams or users can have access via the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, among other features you can have with it.
