Thank you for responding.

So we currently use Docusign to send out onboarding, intaking, and other documents to families, clients, and other employees. I am looking to replace docusign due to its high cost.

We estimate using about 4500-5000 envlopes per year. We have a team of about 10 users who would need access to documents, forms, templates, etc.

With the requirements you need, it's recommended to have Jotform Enterprise for your account so multiple teams or users can have access via the Single Sign-On (SSO) feature, among other features you can have with it.
