Facebook Pixel widget not working

I'm trying to add the Facebook Pixel widget to an existing form, but it is not showing up in the list of widgets in the Form Builder. The AI chatbot suggests it's either a temporary issue or something with our settings but can't say anything more. The AI customer support is unhelpful so I would like to speak to an actual human, preferably over the phone.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Facebook Pixel widget can be used to track leads, form completions, purchases, and more to optimize your Facebook ad campaigns. It's really easy to add to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search for the Facebook Pixel widget, and click on it or drag and drop it to your form.
3. Enter your Facebook Pixel ID in the Facebook Pixel ID section on the right side of the page.
4. Select the events that you want to track and click on the Update Widget button at the bottom-right of the menu.
