    Hi Bill,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Jotform's PDF Editor allows you to create and customize professional PDF documents from your form submissions easily. By default, a new PDF document will include the same question-and-answer pairs as your form, but you can fully customize the design and layout to suit your needs.

With Jotform's PDF Editor, you can easily add or edit form fields in the PDF files used for submissions. Any changes you make will be applied directly to the downloadable files. Let me show you how:

    1. In PDF Editor, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Form Fields tab, click on an element that you want to add.
    3. Then, select the field you added and click on the Gear icon.
    4. In the menu on the right, customize your field as you want.

If you want a fillable PDF version of your form that users can fill out offline, you can create one from the Publish tab by clicking on the PDF tab and downloading the fillable PDF. For detailed guidance, you can also check our comprehensive guide on creating fillable PDFs with Jotform here.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
