Hi Support Team,
We’ve encountered an issue with our onboarding form. When we add a couple of questions and mark them as required, it appears correctly when we send the form internally to our team. However, when the same form is shared with clients, those specific questions do not show up at all.
This is a critical question for our process, so we would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving the issue.
