Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that there's a significant increase on your latest invoice. Please note that it costs more than the previous one because it was not discounted. The discount you had on the initial invoice was a one-time offering only. Please see the difference in the invoices below:

Where do I find this Refund Request form please .
Also I was Not aware of charges and feel this is an important omission , which should have been highlighted prior .
