I have deleted everything almost and still my account shows that my storage is full. I have also cleared caches too. this is a ongoing issue that I am facing . can someone rectify this. Thanks

However, I’ve checked all the relevant information, including your usage, limits, and account details, and everything appears to be in order, so you should be able to use your account without any issues. I recommend clearing your browser cache and trying again. If the issue persists, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
