Hi Aaron,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. And also send us the form URL.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I want to add credit card options, as well as Afterpay, Cash App, and Venmo, to my form. I attempted the iframe process, but I'm still experiencing issues. While I was able to add Cash App and Venmo, I'm having difficulty getting everything to work so that I can receive payments.

Hi Aaron,
Note that you can only add one payment integration per form, but you can display multiple payment integrations in the same form by using the iFrame Embed widget, adding a Single Choice element, and applying Conditions. Let me show you how to set it up:
At first, let's add the iFrame Embed widget to your form:
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the Widgets tab, search for iFrame Embed and drag and drop it to your form.
- In the menu on the right, under the General tab, paste the Frame URL of the other form which includes fields and the payment integration.
- Next to the Iframe Embed widget, click on the Gear icon and change the Height option as you want.
- While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the screen.
- In the menu on the left, under the Basic Elements menu, drag and drop a Single Choice element.
- Change the label and the options so that users can choose the payment method.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions and choose the Show/Hide Field option.
3. Set up two conditions as you see below and click on Save.
After completing all the steps, you can display two payment methods on the same form. Keep in mind that if users fill out the form within the iframe widget, submissions will be collected in that form. Check out the screencast below to see how it'll work:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.

Is there a way that someone could look at my form to help me? If not ill will need to cancel this service and find a much simpler way.

Hi Aaron,
Thanks for sharing your concerns about setting up multiple payment options on your form. I understand that you want to include credit card options, Afterpay, Cash App, and Venmo, and that the iframe method has been challenging. As mentioned earlier, Jotform allows only one direct payment integration per form. To offer multiple payment methods, the recommended approach is to use the iFrame Embed widget combined with a Single Choice element and Show/Hide Field conditions. Since you're experiencing issues with this workaround, can you provide us the form URL of the form you're working on and what specific steps of this guide you're having troubles with?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

Is there a video on connecting Afterpay and the credit card tab?

Hi Aaron,
Thanks for your continued questions about setting up payment integrations on your form. Regarding your request for a video specifically on connecting Afterpay and the credit card payment tab, currently, there isn't a dedicated video tutorial for that exact setup. However, the general video tutorial on How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment Form covers the process of integrating multiple payment options using the iFrame Embed widget, Single Choice element, and Show/Hide Field conditions, which applies to Afterpay and credit card payments as well.
If you are encountering specific issues with Afterpay or the credit card integration on your form, please let us know the exact step or error you are facing, and we can provide more targeted guidance If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Aaron,
I checked out your form and saw that it’s also integrated with PayPal. For this setup, you’ll need three separate forms and a main form where they’ll be embedded.
I recommend removing the embedded forms from the current form, then creating a new one to serve as the main container. Use iFrame Embed widgets to add all three payment forms there. And also, a submit button isn’t necessary on the main form since it’s only meant to contain the others.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Sice745,
Just to clarify, it’s not possible to have more than one payment integration on a single form in Jotform. For example, if you choose PayPal as your payment gateway, you won’t be able to add another integration like Afterpay, Stripe, or any other payment gateway to that same form. That seems to be frustrating for you, but a workaround is to create separate forms for each payment method and then link them from a main form using conditional logic, and the steps are provided by my colleagues in the earlier replies.
I even noticed that you were initially able to set it up that way by calling separate payment forms from your main form using an iframe embed widget, but later switched to using a Stripe integration directly instead. Were you encountering any difficulties in following the steps? Could you share some details on what you were trying to achieve so we can further assist you? You may also want to attach a screenshot in your replies to us so we can further check into it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
