Conditions Are Not Working Properly

Hello! I need help with the conditions in my form. Can someone tell me why my other sections don't pop up when I have everything selected that condition says it will do?

Can you confirm if I missed something in your condition? Also, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end?
