can you set it up to have to verify registration after a period of time? Or see/track who has access?

Hi Monica,
Right now, Jotform Apps doesn’t support a built-in feature that forces users to re-verify or renew their registration after a set period. Once someone gains access, especially if you're using the organization domain restriction, they’ll stay authorized unless access is manually revoked. If you're using a private (invite-only) app, you can manually remove users at any time, but there's no automatic expiration or revalidation option at this time.
As for tracking who has access, if your app is set to Private and users were invited individually, you can view the full list of users in the Shared With section of the app’s publish settings. Take a look at the sample screenshot below:
You can also revoke access from there. However, if your app uses domain-based access, like restricting to @yourcompanydomain.com, the platform doesn’t currently provide a way to view a list of everyone who’s accessed it, there’s no dashboard for that in this setup.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.
