I would like to add the ending values to my "thank you" page

i would like to add the ending values to my "thank you". thee conditions seem to work but it gives me the result with the question included. Example: In the "Number of Bedrooms field, it does show total number selected (3 in this example) But the field "number of bathrooms" shows the question and the answer in the field and not only the number as "number of bedrooms" does. (see red circles)

Same with "land condition" "ADU type" and Type of Kitchen" They all show the Field or label name. I want it to display only the value: "Large Slope" "Garage Conversion" or "full Kitchen" as highlited in the picture attached. Please help! Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. You can check my cloned test form and see if that works for you. I updated the conditions and used the "Contains" mode instead of the "is Filled" option. You can copy these conditions to your form.

And here's what it looks like when you're trying to insert the value into the other field:

• You need to add the value manually.

• If the Value is text, you need to change it to a String by clicking the value, it should change the color to Grey.
