Account gets locked multiple times

    I have been continuously locked of my account after resetting the password multiple times. The issue has been intermittent for over a week.

    Hi Paula,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Take note that the Jotform account will get locked if there are multiple failed login attempts on it. I've cleared your login attempts to allow you to log in again.

    Hi Paula,

    Regarding your account login issue after receiving the password change notification. I reviewed your account, and it seems your account got locked because of too many login attempts. I flushed your login attempts and all should be working as expected now. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
