Subject: Request to Remove Credit Card Details After Account Deletion
I have deleted my Jotform account but I am unable to access it to remove my credit card details. Could you please assist me in removing my stored payment information from your system? My account email was: finance@theprivateclinic.co.uk Thank you for your help. Best regards,

Hi Clare,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For us to do this, you need to create a ticket using the finance@theprivateclinic.co.uk email address. Or you can give us the following details:
- Type of card
- Last 4 digits
- Expiration Date
- Amount Charged
- Transaction Date
You can also send us a screenshot of the last invoice. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our support forum:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
