We can only sell 82 tickets for an event- a mix of adult and child tickets. How do I do this on a form? I THINK I did it but need professional confirmation as I am an amateur. :)
In other words, when we reach the seating capacity of 82, no more tickets can be sold.

Hi Vicki,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and saw that you have 2 products, which are Adult tickets and Child tickets. Can a form filler select only one product? If they can select 2 products, that would still be considered as 1 submission. If your form fillers only select 1 product, then your configuration will work since 1 product order will be equivalent to 1 submission.

Hi Deanne - That's a problem then. We need to control total ticket sales by quantity, not submission. One group could order 3/2, another could order 1/4, for a grand total of 10 tickets sold. We are only allowed 82 people in the venue. Please help!

Hi Vicki,
Unfortunately, there is no option to check how many products have already been sold in total. The option I could think of is to Enable Stock Control so you can only allow 82 orders. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List field.
- Then, click on the Wand icon on the right side of the field to open Payment Settings.
- In the menu on the right, hover your mouse over a product and click on the Pencil icon.
- Now, click on the Stock tab and toggle Yes on the Enable Stock Control option, which you can then set its quantity.
- While in the Payment Settings menu on the Stock tab, scroll down to the Enable Low Stock Alert section.
- Now, toggle the Enable Low Stock Alert feature to Yes and enter the number you want.
- Then, click on the Save button at the bottom of the menu and that's it.
