Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about what's going on so we can have a better idea? If you are using Jotform Teams, you can invite new members by clicking the Invite Team Members button in the shared workspace or the Invite button on the top right if you already have forms there. Enter the team member's email, assign their role, and send the invitation. Note that adding team members is available only for the Enterprise plan. For other plans, you can collaborate by adding collaborators to forms or sharing submission tables.
