How to create fillable PDF forms?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can easily create and download a fillable PDF version of your form using Jotform. Let me walk you through the process:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Select PDF on the left side of the page.
3. Click the Download button to be redirected to the PDF Editor.
4. In PDF Editor page, customize your PDF layout if needed, then click the Download button on the upper right side to save your fillable PDF.

If you want to create a fillable PDF from scratch or import your own PDF to convert it into a fillable form, you can do that in the PDF Editor as well. Also, Jotform offers Smart PDF Forms that let you convert your PDF documents into online forms linked to the original PDF, allowing users to fill out and download the completed PDF easily.
