Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, with JotForm's PayPal Business integration, the Debit or Credit Card button is automatically displayed alongside the PayPal button when both payment options are enabled. This setup is part of the default PayPal checkout experience embedded within the form, and JotForm does not currently offer a way to conditionally hide or display that specific button based on user selection. Additionally, because this element is rendered by PayPal itself, it cannot be targeted or controlled through conditional logic or custom CSS within JotForm.
If you want to let users choose PayPal vs Card and control the experience more precisely, consider this structure:
- Go to My Forms and create a new form that will act as the base form that will house both your payment forms.
- Click on Add Form Element and add a Single Choice with two options: PayPal and Debit/Credit Card.
3. Click on Add Form Element and go to the Widgets tab.
4. Search for iFrame then add two widgets and rename them as you wish.
5. Then hide both iFrame widgets.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Click on Add Condition and choose Show/Hide Field.
Create two conditions that will show the specific iFrame Embed widget based on the selected payment method.
- If the Payment Method is equal to Debit/Credit Card, then show the iFrame with the payment gateway enabled.
- If the Payment Method is equal to PayPal, then show the PayPal Form iFrame with the payment gateway disabled.
