    Greetings,

I have spearheaded the company I work for to use Jotform because they were tracking field reports (construction company) and timesheets on paper. Of course the inefficiency to that was the reason I was able to get the owner on board and subscribe to Jotform.

However, the employees are reporting to me a couple of glitches and issues they are experiencing and I wanted to share these issues in hopes of having you tell me why or/and provide me with the solutions.

    Issues:

    1. ERASED INFORMATION: When they use the app to fill out the form and have to stop and come back. I am being told when they go back into their phone and try to pick up where they left off. The information they already inputted is erased. *Please tell why this is happening or how to fix this glitch.
    2. SAVE BUTTON: The Save button, some times will send the users a email so they can go back to the form and start where they left off. But that is not consistently working. Why and how can this be fixed?

Thank you for helping on these issues. I do hope you can help me figure out the solutions to have Jotform functioning consistently.

    Hi JayElaine,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unstable and weak internet connection can cause the information to not be saved. So, I suggest you to inform your form fillers to have strong stable internet connection when they fill out the form and choose to save it. For the Save button issue, you can remove the save button and add it back. I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

You should also instruct your employees to click the Save button fully and check their email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for the save link. When they receive the unique link for the continue later with their form, you will be able to see their incomplete submission from your Jotform Tables as well. They should also check their spam/junk folder to locate the email. Let me show you how to see the incomplete submission at your end:

    1. On your My Forms page, select the form you want to check for incomplete submissions.
    2. In the upper-left corner, next to the Create Form button, click on Submissions.
    3. In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form's name, and then in the dropdown menu, click on Incomplete Submissions.
    4. In the Incomplete Submissions menu, hover over the submission and click on View. This will open the form with the incomplete submission in a new tab.
