Hey,
I'm working on creating a form that we can use for internal purposes of creating invoices for our members. However, I would like to be able to create a product in the product list from a form field.
Some of these invoices are for one off items and I don't want our team to have to go into the product list to add an item every time, so I was hoping there would be an easy solution that the team member could just put what the invoice is for in a field, and it would populate that in the invoice as the item/product.
Is there a way to do this? or is there another option without using the product list?
Currently working on this form so you can see our current invoice setup:

Any help would be great! Thanks!
Joel

Hi Joel,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form to check it on my end, and see that the invoice feature is enabled in the Product List field. And you want to create an Invoice even if there's no product list field.
You can do that using the PDF document as your Invoice and attach it to the autoresponder and notification emails. Let me show you how to do it:
- Try creating a simple test form
- Go to the PDF Editor page. Click on the downward arrow and select the PDF editor.
- In the PDF editor, click on PDF Designer button.
- Go to Templates tab and select the Invoice templates. You can select your Invoice style or create a new one.
After that, you need to create an email alert and enable the PDF document attachment. Attaching your submissions as PDF files to your Notification Emails is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any more help.
