How can I set up default branding so it is the default for all of our Jotforms?

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create one form with all your preferred branding (logo, fonts, colors, styles), and then simply clone that form each time you need to create a new one. This way, the branding stays consistent across all your forms without having to reapply it every time. Cloning your forms using a form URL is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Open your My Forms page and click on Create Form on the top-left side of the page.

    2. In the window that opens up, click on Import Form

    3. In the next window, click on From a Webpage

    4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.

After cloning your form, it'll open up in Form Builder automatically. Now, you can edit the way you want it and publish it.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Ok. So there is not a way to define default branding for all forms created. The forms must be cloned?

Is it possible to share a cloned form across Jotform instances? For example, an agency has their own JF instance, but we want to send them templates that they should be following.

    Hi Tom,

You can also share your form templates with other Jotform users. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, select the form you want to share its template.

    2. Click on More on the right side of the screen.

    3. In the Dropdown menu that opens up, click on Share as Template.

    4. Enter the following details of your template.

    5. Finally, click on Share at the bottom of the page, and you’re done.
