Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I believe you are referring to one of your forms. Do you want to reverse a charge for a submission that you've received?

Unfortunately, Jotform does not collect or return payments. Payments on our forms are collected using one of the Payment Gateway Integrations, like Square, Stripe, or PayPal. Depending on the payment processor you use, you will need to check with them to see if they have a refund option that you can use to refund the deposit.
