Hi Sachin,
To meet your requirements, you will just need to adjust the condition to send a reminder email 1 week before to the form filler. Let me show you how:
1.In Form Builder, click on the Settings Tab at the top, then go to Conditions Tab on the left side panel.
2.Click on the +Add Condition button, then select Update/Calculate Field element from the options.
4.Go to Emails Tab, then click on the +Add Email button, select Autoresponder Email from the options.
5.Go to Advanced Tab, then under Send Email Later option click on the dropdown and select the Reminder Date field.

Dear Support Team,
Thanks for your reply. As suggested, I have applied the condition as below
But when I checked the submissions in the table. I found that the reminder date is not as per our expectations. Please have a look
Ideally, as per the data, the reminder date should be Jul 5, 2025. But here the reminder date is Nov 30, 1899. and it's uniform for all the submissions. Can you please help me to sort it out.
Thanks & regards

Hi Sachin,
I was able to replicate the issue in my cloned form. After investigating, I found the solution. Instead of using the dash (-), you just need to use the comma (,), just make sure that the coma is set as numeric not as string. Take a look at the screenshot of the condition below:
