Is It Possible to Add a Cover Image to Jotform Boards for Improved Visual Organization?

    Hello,

I have several questions regarding Jotform board functionality that may evolve into feature requests:

    1. Is there currently a way to create a Cover image for my Board to enhance visual organization? (See Pic Below)

2.Could you advise if there's functionality to add a checkable to-do list within the JotForm Boards interface?

3.I notice we're currently limited to selecting only 5 task items from our form to display on the board. Would it be possible to increase this allocation to accommodate more comprehensive project tracking?

4.Are there plans to implement Canva integration for Jotform Boards in the future? This would be particularly valuable for our marketing content development.

5.Related to marketing content management, is there a way to better interpret and visualize this content directly on the Jotform board, perhaps through a photo gallery feature?

6.Is there a way to duplicate Board Groups? This would significantly streamline our workflow when creating similar project structures.

Your feedback on these potential enhancements would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Hello Jasmia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there's no option yet to add a board card cover image like what's shown in the image that you shared. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

At the moment, you can only change the theme or add a background image to the entire board, let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Board page, click on the Board Settings at the upper right.
    2. Select the Theme from the options.
    3. Under the Background Image section, click on the Choose File, and then browse the image that you want to use as background from your local drive.

As for your other questions, I've moved those to new threads. You can check them out here:
