Zendesk Integration: Form integration issue

    Hi Jotforms,

    My customer - Alisha is having issues connecting Jotforms to her Zendesk instance, can we please setup a time to connect this week. The customer is looking at cancelling her Jotforms subscription but I am trying to work with her and make sure she keeps Jotforms.

    I would appreciate a timely response.

    To better assist you and ensure we address the problem effectively, could you please provide more details about the specific issues Alisha is encountering during the connection process? For example, are there any error messages, or is the integration not syncing data as expected?

    If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Hi Jefferson,

    I am trying to help the customer setup the JotForms Zendesk integration, we have gone over the support articles but she is still having issues.

    I am trying to assist JotForm's in retaining a customer, is there a way your team can setup a zoom call so we can help the customer?

    Hi Bobby,

    Note that currently, our Support Team can only be reached through the Support Forum, and as mentioned by my colleague, Jefferson, we don't offer phone support at the moment, which includes video calls, audio/video conferencing, or anything similar. Since this includes information about a form and possibly the owner's account details, I'd recommend having the owner contact us directly so we can help them with the form's issue, and with the Zendesk integration. That way, we can find out more about the issue and on what's going on, so we can help her accordingly.

    But if the user was able to give you the permission to help you with their form and the Zendesk integration, we can start by you providing us the form's link or URL so we can check it first for you. And then, share with us all the information we need to help, like the exact issue happening, error messages, or any other things that prevent you or the user from integrating Zendesk properly with her form. You can also share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end. You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us. Or, share with us screenshots of the issue, and you can follow the steps shared by my colleague on how to do so.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
