Stripe Integration: Request to receive an alert via email for pending or incomplete payments

How can we automatically be alerted when a payment is pending/incomplete? We don't log into our account that much during certain times of the year, so this is easy to miss.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share us the form in question so we can take a look? You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.

Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

Upon checking your form, it appears that you are using Stripe as your payment gateway. Unfortunately, the ability to set up the integration to send you a notification email when there’s an incomplete payment is only available on PayPal Standard/Personal payment gateway. You can check our guide on How to Set Up Incomplete Payment Notification Email for more information. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
