When the formulated form is signed and submitted, can it be sent to multiple email addresses for review?

Hi Danny,
Yes, it’s possible to send your Sign Document to multiple email addresses in addition to the assigned signers. You can do this by using the CC Recipients feature when sending your document through the Send tab in the Sign Builder. This allows you to add extra email addresses that will be able to view the document both before and after it is signed. Let me show you how:
1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and in the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
2. Under the Send to Sign section, enter the names and email addresses of the signers.
This time, let’s add additional email addresses who will be able to view the document throughout the signing process. These recipients won’t be signing the document themselves, but they’ll be able to view it before anyone signs and see the completed document once all parties have signed.
3. While you're still under the Send to Sign section, click on the Options tab.
4. In the CC Recipients field, enter the email addresses of the people you’d like to include. If you’re adding more than one, simply separate each email address with a comma.
Lastly, we’ll proceed to send the document for signing so that the assigned signers can receive and complete it accordingly. At the same time, the CC recipients will be able to follow the progress of the document as it moves through the signing process, giving them visibility into each step without requiring them to take action.
5. Under the Send to Sign section, click on the Recipients tab.
6. In Recipients tab, Click on Send to Sign.
