Good day,
I trust you are keeping well.
I recently noticed Jotform’s exciting new update that enables synchronization with Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly when booking appointments.
Firstly, thank you for continuously enhancing an already outstanding platform. Your ongoing developments are making digital processes significantly more efficient and user-friendly - congratulations on these latest improvements!
I do have a quick question: I’ve developed an app in Jotform that includes a booking form for a client. Will it be possible to synchronize their respective Google, Outlook, or Calendly calendars with this feature? If so, could you kindly guide me on how to implement this on their behalf?
I look forward to your response at your earliest convenience.
Friendly regards
Altus

Hi Altus,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We're glad that you're liking the new updates that we have deployed. Rest assured, we're always looking for ways to improve our products in ways it help our customers.
Now coming back to your question, it's possible for you as the form owner to integrate your Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Calendly with the form's appointment field. This will allow the appointment field to automatically show available time slots based on your availability from your integrated calendar.
Unfortunately, this can't be integrated with your form user's calendar but if the form user is also using Google Calendar with the same email address entered on the form, they'll see the event automatically on their own calendar. Integrating Google Calendar with your form is easy. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, select the Appointment Field and then click on the Gear icon on the right.
2. Then, select Google Calendar. You’ll need to log into your Google Account if your account isn’t already linked to one.
3. In the window that opens up, click on Add Action.
4. In the next window, choose which Calendar the submissions should be added to. Then set the Event Title, add the Attendees, write the Event Description, and enter the Meeting Location. Once you're done, click on Save.
If you want to use the 2-way connection (through the Appointment Field) on a form that already has an active Google Calendar integration, we recommend disabling the current integration in the Integration menu. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Then, select Integrations in the menu on the left, and click on Google Calendar.
3. In the All Actions section, click on the Three Dots icon in the top-right corner of the existing integration, then select Disable Action.
We also have a guide about How to Set Up Google Calendar that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I’ve been using Jotform Appointments for a while now, especially with its Google Calendar and Outlook integrations—it’s incredibly helpful for automating scheduling. What took it to the next level for me was connecting it with Phonexa. Jotform collects the lead, and Phonexa helps me track that lead through calls, forms, and email follow-ups. The visibility it gives across the whole funnel—from booking to conversion—is something I hadn’t achieved with standalone tools. If you’re serious about maximizing ROI on every appointment booked, this combo is gold.
