Emails are marked as ignored

    I emailed yesterday following your advice but didn't get a response, it didn't work and the email notification is not working and we can't use the form - it shouldn't have changed as we have not modified anything so there seems to be a problem and we use these forms regularly so this is a major problem as we are having to revert back to manually doing inspection sheets

    Thanks Raymond, I am still waiting for help. This email issue has been happening for over a week now and we seem to still get other email notifications for other forms we use and I have tried using the AI help bot and tried clearing cache and removed and re-added the notification email and checked settings. I just really want to know how long it will take for someone to respond as in the past the response time has been really fast
