Hi info144_info893_info,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can try using the filter feature to locate specific data in your submission tables. In Jotform Tables, you can use different filters to find specific submissions based on the date, answer selection, and unique information. First, let's look at filtering submissions using the Date filter:
- On your Jotform Tables page, next to the Search bar, click on Filter.
- In the window that opens, click on All Time and choose the dates manually or click on predefined filters, like Today, Last 3 Days, or Previous week.
- Now, click anywhere outside of the Date Filter window to close it, then click on Apply Filter.
You can also filter your submissions based on keywords you enter. Let me show you how to do that:
- While in Jotform Tables, click on Filter and in the Advanced Filters section, click on Choose a Field, then select a field to filter.
- In the second dropdown, select the Includes option to find the exact keywords you enter, or select Equal or Not Equal to use the filter.
- Enter your keyword in the Text box and click on Apply Filter.
You can also apply a filter to the Single Choice fields to show submissions based on the selected option:
If you are still unable to locate the specific data in the submission tables, I suggest creating a support ticket directly from the account where the form is created and giving us support access to the account. Since the form is created for different accounts. Let me show you how to do it.
1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.
4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
