Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to integrate with TYPO3. If you wish, we can send a feature request to our developers about this. It would be helpful if you could let us know what would you expect the integration to do? Do you just wish to show Jotform forms, or something else?

If you would like to change the Jotform language to French, you can easily do it. Simply scroll the page all the way down, and you'll be able to select a language from the page footer:
