    Hi Colleen_Buckingham,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When downloading submission data from Tables, make sure that the submissions are visible in the Table view. Active filters can limit the download to only entries that match the conditions you’ve set. Also, ensure that the submissions you want to download are not archived, incomplete, or located in the Trash folder, as these will not be included. You can also check out our How to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF guide for more information.

If the issue persists, I can look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi. I tried the step you suggested and that is the way I have always done it.

I have never had issues before. I have used this feature for years and today it is not working for this form. I tried another form and that works fine. The form I am having trouble with is "class of 2025 senior lock-in online registration".

    Thank you

    Hi Colleen,

I checked the form named Class of 2025 Senior Lock-In Online Registration, and it appears to be associated with a different account. Are you downloading the Excel file as a collaborator? If that is the case, you can try contacting the form owner and ask them to remove and then re-add you as a collaborator. If the issue persists, the form owner can grant us access as I shared earlier, and we will check on it.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
