Email not sending with specific word

    This form : https://form.jotform.com/240865895610061 will not submit via email when the last name of McAfee is used with the customer. Can you please test, and see what is causing this?

This can sometimes happen with certain names or phrases that match common spam patterns.

    To confirm, could you check if the submission shows up in your Tables or Inbox even if the email wasn’t sent? If so, the form is submitting properly, but the notification email is likely being blocked. As a workaround, you could try changing the notification sender email or slightly modifying the form content to avoid trigger words.
