Hi
I am trying to create a classic form from scratch but when I go to do so, I get the error 'form not found'. I have logged out and in, tried on different browsers and cleared my cookies and cache, not sure what else I can do?
'create'/ 'Form'/ 'Start From Scratch'/ Classic Form' and it says 'Form NOT FOUND'
Assests/ start with a blank form / form not found

Hi Charlee,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form. Can you try to log out and log in to your account, and try to create a new form again? When I tried to create a new form using my Starter account, I was able to create one without any problem. Checkout the screencast below:
If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to understand better what’s happening. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:
1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Hi Charlee,
When I checked the email address you used when you created this support ticket. I can see that you have a Starter account with three forms. Can you make sure that you're logged in to that Jotform account, and try to create a new form? Additionally, it looks like you're trying to create a form under the Assigned to me folder. I suggest clicking All or Assets to your My Workspace page. Let me show you how:
- On your My Workspace page, click on All on the left side of the page.
- Then, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache to render your forms properly. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
