Unable to Edit Email Settings in Workflow as Blank Screen Appears

    Hi Jotform,

    Unable to edit Email settings for Workflow. Tried clearing cookies and cache, shutdown PC etc, but issue persist. The same problem for all other forms too. Please advise.

    (1) Email element - Not able to open the settings.

    (2) Approve & Sign - Blank screen opens
